The service
Fulgent is a public discovery board for software projects. A successful payment purchases placement on the board according to the displayed board rules. Placement is not an endorsement, review, guarantee of traffic, or guarantee of project quality.
Your submission
You must have permission to submit the repository and any creator information or links you provide. Do not submit malware, unlawful material, impersonation, private data, or content that infringes another person’s rights. The operator may reject, archive, or remove a listing that violates these terms.
Bids and settlement
The amount shown at checkout is the amount requested for that listing. A listing becomes public only after Fulgent receives and verifies the corresponding payment event. Higher settled bids may move a listing higher on the board. Abandoned, failed, or disputed payment attempts do not create a public listing.
Provider terms
Checkout, payment processing, receipts, and payment-related customer support may be handled by Dodo Payments under its own terms and policies. Refund handling is described on the refunds page.
